She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Marietta Masse and Patricia Lanphear. She is survived by: her parents, Kimberly Schulz (Robert) and Gary Lanphear (Cheryl); her siblings, Josh Lanphear (Talia Schizzano), Erin Partridge (Michael), Taylor Partridge (Justin), Annette, Allison Caroline and Patton Lanphear; her nieces and nephews, Brody, Chase, Garrett, Harper and Grayson; and her grandfathers, Joseph Garberoglio (Joyce) and Gary Lanphear Sr.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Katlyn's name to the International Rett Syndrome Foundation.
