She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Hohlstein; her parents, William Lynch and Catherine Lynch; and her brother William Lynch (Barbara). She is survived by: her daughters, Ellen Scaccia (Carlo) and Janet LoPresto (Manny); her grandchild Lynn Eger (Brian); her great grandchildren, Griffin and Hudson Eger; her nieces and nephews, Bridget, Bonnie, William, Brendan and Paula; her stepchildren, Janice Short (Chuck), Lawrence Baron (Kristina) and Robert Baron (Sara); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jason, Christopher, Ryan Short and Matthew Baron. She is also survived by loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kathleen's name to the Hospice Foundation of WNY or the Erie County SPCA.
