He was loved and cherished by many people including: his girlfriend Linda Matter; his children, Brian, Dan Duggan (Maureen) and Michelle Johnson (Harvey); his grandchildren, Alex Ferracio, Colleen, Courtney Duggan and Jason Johnson; his siblings, Otto Duggan Jr. (Arlene), Patricia Eckel (William) and Marjorie Skrzypek (Frank); and also Cynthia Duggan.
