He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Fulford; and his parents, Wilbur Fulford and Elizabeth Fulford. He is survived by: his children, John, Amy, Andrew (Stacey) and Leah Fulford; and his sisters, Rosanne Flynn (late Walter) and Margaret Kulp (James). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
