She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Whitey" Tokasz; her parents, James Sr. Wood and Ethel Wood; and her brother James Jr. Wood (Minnie). She is survived by: her sister-in-law Helen Yarrington Tokasz (late Eugene); and her friend Janet. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews who Janet loved like children, countless cherished cousins.
