He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Tuholski and Anna Tuholski; and his brother Leo Tuholski (late Eleanor). He is survived by: his spouse Jean Tuholski; his children, Jill, Thomas (Michelle), Kay and Andrew Tuholski; his grandchildren, Christian (Taylor), Jacob, Nathan, Fallon, Madison, Zach and Cassie; his great grandchild Cade; his sister Ann Janicki (William); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Polley (late Carla), David Polley (Karen Brzezinski), Russell Gardner (Mary Lou) and Scott Gardner (Lory Driscoll). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice Foundation of WNY.
