He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roberts and Ruth Fanslow Roberts; his wife Judith A. Gorski; his daughter Allison M. Roberts; and his siblings, Susan Shaffer, Joan Burke and Donald Roberts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Malczewski (Charles) of West Seneca, NY and Melissa James of West Seneca, NY; his grandchildren, Ashley Roberts, Abigail, Haley Malczewski and Emily James; and his sisters, Ruth Marcinelli of Amherst, Paula Cretacci (Joe) of Kenmore and Marge Roberts of Buffalo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
