He is survived by: his children, Thomas Kreuzer (Joanna), Susan Nutty (Bradley) and Sally Kreuzer-Senay (David); his grandchildren, Laura, Kaitlyn, Jessica and Lindsey; and his sibling Peggy Connors (Leo). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Buffalo.
