He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Zelasko and Dorothy Zelasko. He is survived by: his wife Karen Zelasko; his sons, Todd, Shaun and Keith Zelasko (Kara); his grandsons, Zachary and Oliver; his siblings, Gerald Zelasko (Louise) and Elaine Hardman (Douglas); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Zelasko (Daniel) and Thomas Grey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Greg's name to the Oishei Children's Hospital.
