He is survived by: his wife Mary Fox (Tolhurst); his children, Tim Fox (Rachael) of Freedom and Susan Nimetz of Maryland; his grandchildren, Alexis Nimetz, Myah Fox, Rylie Nimetz, Luke Fox and Ava Nimetz; and his sister Nanette Fox of Geneseo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
