He is survived by: his fiancée Cheryl Kummer; his children, Derrick Charnock (Gary) and Nicole Davis; his grandchildren, Dion, Nylesha, Ni'Jon and Nariah; his great grandchildren, Isabella and Trey; and his siblings, Deborah Mogavero (Robert), Laura Heyden (Gordon), Margaret Boswell (Mark) and Glenn Charnock (Carolyn).

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (5223 Abbott Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075).
