He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine; and his brother Anthony Balester (Judy). He is survived by: his children, Catherine M. Balester, Jacqueline Balester, Madonna Donaldson (Leonard) and Frank Balester, Jr. (Melissa); and his sisters, Celia Snyder (Donald), Anita Egloff (late Mickey) and Mary Ann Balester. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
