He is survived by: his spouse Laneta Hinton; his children, Ted Hinton (Ronnie), Pat Hinton (Robin), Francis III Hinton (Kathy), Mike Hinton (Tanya), Biaggio Hinton (Nicole), Bill Benn (Olinda), Lucy Benn, Lori Jordan (Jerry), Lisa Guenthner (Mark), Wyatt Benn (Carlos), Luella Benn and Leonora Feldman (late Ray); and his siblings, Pat (Reggie) and Dick Hinton (late Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Fran's name to the Hospice Foundation of WNY.
