She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph S. Walters; her son Paul Walters; her parents, Francis Ruppert and Mildred Ruppert (Haffa); and her brother Arthur Ruppert (Delores).
She is survived by: her children, Mark Walters (Diane), Michael Walters (Carol), Bethann Cheney (Frederick) and Beverly Taylor (Ronald); her grandchildren, Sarah Enser (Nicholas), Joshua Walters (Ashley), Jonathon Walters (Hannah), Tiffany Hurd (Jacob), Jennifer Walters (Joseph Nemec), Jacob Walters, Maria McMullen (Thomas) and Alexander Cheney; and her siblings, Richard Ruppert, Joan Cross (Henry), Harriet Fix (Clement) and Paul Ruppert (Nancy Fleck). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to All Saints Lutheran Church.
