She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Urbanczyk and Mary Urbanczyk; and her siblings, Florence Opiel (Robert), Joseph Urbanczyk (Joan), Teresa Urbanczyk, Thomas Urbanczyk (Fran) and Christine Orr. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
