He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bukaty; his children, Richard (Susan), Marc (Dawn), Dr. Christina Bukaty (Leo Eckman) and Jeremy Bukaty (Madeline); his grandchildren, Joshua Bukaty, Alexis Bukaty, Payton Bukaty (Luke Egging), Kierra Bukaty, Cole Eckman, Lee Eckman, Avery and Mia Bukaty; and his brothers, Daniel (Patricia) and James (Carmen). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
