He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Belica; his children, Edward Jr. Belica (Susan), Ronald Belica (Sandra Terra), Tom Andrzejewski (Sue), Andrew Belica, Adam Belica (Haley Atkins) and Carly Belica; and his brother Billy (Sandra). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
