She is survived by: her children, Michael Blake, Catherine Repp (Christopher) and Brian Blake (Warisa); and her grandchildren, Diane Carabali (Geyy), Mary Olivia (Renee), Katherine Sales (Kelly), Erin Biondi (David), Brendan Blake (Danielle), Brianna Blake and Cassandra Blake.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorothy's honor may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
