She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore Russell; her daughter Catherine M. Frank; and her parents, George Wiltse and Viola Wiltse. She is survived by: her children, Deborah M. Hoeber (Mark), Theodore Russell Jr. (Erin) and Jennifer Meyer (Paul); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Sean, Sara, Amber, Theo (Bella), Alex, Ryan, Gavin and Patrick. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

If so desired, donations in Donna's memory may be made directly to the Activities Department at the Courtyards Adult Home, (5285 South Park Ave. Hamburg, NY 14075).
