Donna M. Stachowiak Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donna M. Stachowiak (Hamburg, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2024 at the age of 68. Though Donna may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Donna touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Joseph Bender and Dawn Bender. She is survived by: her daughter Jackie; her husband Roger A. Stachowiak; her daughter Jacqueline Stachowiak; and her siblings, Debra Bogdan, James Bender (Mary) and Jeffrey Bender. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lakeside Memorial Hamburg Chapel (4199 Lake Shore Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075). A prayer was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Paul II Church (2052 Lakeview Rd, Lake View, NY 14085).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
