We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2023, at the age of 65, Diane M. Costanzo of Hamburg, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester "Sam" Ziolko and Dorothy "Dot" Ziolko. She is survived by: her husband Alfred A. Costanzo; her children, Vicky Weber (John) and Anthony Costanzo (Linda); her grandchildren, Lucy, Charlie, Emma, Olivia and Johnny; her brother David Ziolko (Michelle); and her pet Molly. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

If so desired, memorial donations may be made in Diane's memory to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
