He was predeceased by: his parents, DeLoren Woodworth and Beulah Woodworth; and his daughter-in-law Sabrina Welchman. He is survived by: his children, Tara N. Burgess (Terry), Dawn Quiter (Bernie), David Barry Woodworth II and Jacy Woodworth; his grandchildren, Sean, Adam, Tyler, Shelby Burgess, Brandon, Brady Quiter, Isabel, Vittoria, Lahna, Conner Woodworth, Alyssa and Andrew Bigelow; and his great grandchildren, Lilah, Arya and Piper.
