He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Anna; and his siblings, Edward McNeight (Patsy) and Paula Donovan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth McNeight; his children, David Jr. McNeight (Amanda), Kimberly McNeight (Timothy) and Laura Archambault (Donald); his grandchildren, David III, Jillian, Courtney, Rylee, Gracie and Elizabeth; and his great grandchild Jackson David. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
