He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Amy A. Hammell; his daughter Jillian Hammell; his parents, Anna Marie Hammell and James Hammell; his sisters, Debbie Mallery (Pete) and Denise Hammell; his mother-in-law Barbara Benedict; his siblings-in-law, Richard Simonick (Natalie) and Janice Malyak (Peter); his father-in-law Richard Simon; and his stepparent-in-law Glenn Benedict. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
