He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald (late Juanita), Robert (Audrey), Martha Niver and Jane Kiernan (Bernard). He is survived by: his wife Alice Niver; his children, Susan Percy (Alan), Thomas Niver and Amy Allen (John); his grandchildren, David (Christine), Jonathon Percy (Kassandra), Maryalice and Clare Niver; and his great grandchild Nora Percy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
