He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Stworzydlak. He is survived by: his wife Teresa M. Stworzydlak; his children, James (Robin), Mark (Jillian), Debra and Kara Williams (Robert); his grandchildren, Austin, Brinn, Drew, Nicholas, Ava, Carson and Olivia; and his sister Doris Weber (Richard). He is also survived by many loving family members and dear friends.
