It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dana E. Lewis (Hamburg, New York), who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul D. Lewis and Joan Lewis; and his brother David Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah and Duane, Sr.; his child Dana Paul Ungaro; and his grandchildren, Dominic, Roman and Luca Ungaro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice Foundation of WNY or Roswell Park.
