She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Sherk; and her sister Patricia McCaslin (late Robert). She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara, Deborah Mesi (Charles) and Cynthia Shelley (Thomas); her grandchildren, Misty Nola (Steven), Cory Mesi, Kyle Mesi and Garrett Shelley (Sutida); her great grandchild Bailey Nola; and her sister Sherrie Falk (William). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
