She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Goncalo "Sal" Tavares; her children, Scott Tavares of Barre Vermont and Stacey Considine of Saunderstown, RI; her son-in-law Jason Considine; her grandchildren, Logan and Sydney Considine; her sister Kit; her brother-in-law Bill McGettigan of King; and her parents, Nicholas Hallahan and Catherine Hallahan. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Donations in her memory can be made to St. Mary's Star of the Sea church in Narragansett.
