She was predeceased by: her husband Edward "Ed" Kozub. She is survived by: her children, Benny Kozub (Tara), Kelly Allinger and Nicole Kozub; her siblings, Pat Mickelson and Giesla Jung; and her boyfriend Edward Ashby. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the John J Kaczor Funeral Home, Inc. (5453 Southwestern Blvd, Hamburg, NY 14075).
