She was predeceased by: her parents, Alois Walkowski and Mildred Walkowski. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry C. Evans; and her siblings, Justine Maciejewski (late Joseph), Nancy Metz (Robert) and Roger Walkowski (Catherine). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
