It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Williams of Hall, New York, born in Oxford, New York, who passed away on September 6, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Williams and Alice Hamilton Williams; his brothers, Bruce and James Williams (Jim); his sister-in-law Harriet Kerr Scott; his niece Crystal Schultz; and his nephew Jeff Nilles.
He is survived by: his wife Sabra Kerr; his children, Sabra Williams Meadows (Wayne) of Middletown, DE, Mikaela Williams of Bouckville and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University; his brother Allen Williams (Darlene) of Ilion; his sister-in-law Ina Hocutt (Quincy) of Durham, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Beth Scott (Mark Stanbro) of Manlius, Jill Nilles of Madison, Neal Scott (Chris) of Kingston, Ontario, Allen Williams (Exeter), Bruce Williams (Mark Williams) and Linda Prusik (Tina Reynolds).
