He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mushorn and Joan Mushorn; and his brother Scott Mushorn. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Mushorn; his daughters, Teresa Phillips (Christopher), Erika Mushorn (Derek Matala) and April Mushorn (George Russell); his nephew Justin Mushorn; his grandchildren, Derek Jr., Nathan, Dominick, Nina and Grace; and his pet Dewy.
