He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen J. Chiplock, and Eva Tezbir Chiplock, Sr.; his wife Barbara A. Kirchner Chiplock; and his siblings, Robert Chiplock (Patricia), Stephen J. Chiplock, Jr. (Kristine) and Gloria Voland.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Chiplock (Ron Goldberg), Lori Pipino (Dennis) and Tracey Gavin (Tom); his granddaughters, Jessica Silva (Andrew) and Sara Pipino; his great grandchild Elliana Grace Silva; and his brother Joseph Alfieri (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
