He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph D. Benton and Marie Benton (Schlotzhauer); and his brother Bradley Benton. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his sons, Christopher K. Benton (Michelle) and Drew Benton; his grandsons, Robert and Jonathan; his sister Judith MacLachlan (Howard); and his sisters-in-law, Lynda Benton and Delores Koch (Michael). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
