With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terry L. Palmer of Halfmoon, New York, born in Ticonderoga, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 21, 2024 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice M. Palmer, and Leo E. Palmer, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Ann E. and Willis L. Grosvenor; his brothers-in-law, David and Kent Grosvenor; his uncle Charles "Mick" Ryan; and his close friend Rich Wixted.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Grosvenor Palmer; his daughter Erin Palmer; his siblings, Leo E. Palmer, Jr. (Mary) and Penny Palmer; his goddaughter Amy Serafini (Paul); his niece Ashley Hamlin; his goddaughter Jessica Hamlin; his nieces, Kate Palso (Chris) and Maureen Grosvenor; his godson Leo E. Palmer III (Melissa Orner); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicole Archibald (Kevin), Isabella Serafini, Nina Serafini, Quinn Palmer, Jackson Palmer, Kane Hamlin, Gabriel and Eli Palso; his aunt Louise "Minnie" Ryan; his goddaughters, Stacy Wixted Ganong and Danielle Ryan Woods; his grandson Ryan Hickok; and also, Rowan and Willow Archibald.
