He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Tucker Fuller and John Fuller; his wife Susan Carol Peters Fuller; his children, David Robert (Jessica) of Kingston, MA. and Lauren Michelle Frey (Frederick) of Dayton, MD.; his grandchildren, Annabelle Grace, Jackson David Fuller, Frederick Liam and Kinley Marie Frey; his siblings, Lorraine Tidd (Richard), Bruce (Missy) and Gary Fuller (Ann); his mother-in-law Marion Peters; his brothers-in-law, William (Pat) and Robert Peters (Diane); and his friends, Brian, Janet Stevens, Ronnie, Pam Rich, Thomas and Karen Karl. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.

Please only enter the funeral home from the rear parking lot doorway; masks and social distancing are required; and 35 visitors at a time will be allowed in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions in memory of Bob sent to Ralph H. Hruban, MD, Johns Hopkins Hospital, 600 N. Wolfe Street, Carnegie 417, Baltimore, Maryland 21287, in support of research for pancreatic cancer.
