It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Lavigne (Halfmoon, New York), born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on April 14, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Due to the current pandemic, burial will be at a later date in St. Joseph's Cemetery in West Chazy.
