With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mona McBride of Halfmoon, New York, born in Mechanicville, New York, who passed away on September 26, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophie Skalak Ciepiela and William McBride, Jr.; her husband William; her son William "Billy" McBride; her son-in-law Dwane Hoyt; and her siblings, Wanda McCadden, Anna Mickalonis, Edwin, Chester, William and Thaddeus Ciepiela.
She is survived by: her children, Jacalyn Hoyt of Mechanicville, Louis McBride of Mechanicville and Kathleen Geleta (Peter) of Mechanicville; her daughter-in-law Jackie Snow of Stillwater; and her brothers-in-law, Joseph (Carole) and Thomas McBride (Sandra). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Community Hospice Foundation, 310 S Manning Blvd, Albany, NY 12208 in loving memory of Mona McBride.
