He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Blinstrub and Joyce Blinstrub. He is survived by: his stepmother Eva Blinstrub; his stepsiblings, Sharon Davendonis, Frank and Peter Melesky; his wife Donna Jean; his children, Marci Augustine (Joseph), Sara Perkins (James) and Aaron Blinstrub (Susan); the parent of his children Mardi Niles; his stepchildren, Amy and Josh Arnold; his stepbrother Robert Melesky (Elise); his brother-in-law Ralph Davendonis; and his aunt Sally Blinstrub.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (https://givenow.lls.org), and that those inclined, may honor Michael's memory by donating blood to local blood banks.
