She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick S. Vail and Marion A. Bell; her husband Roland V. Balch; and her siblings, Frederick Vail, Donald Vail and Marilyn Corsetta.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Balch (Fran) and Gary Balch; and her sister Elizabeth Alt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Catricala Funeral Home (1597 US-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065).
