Jeremiah E. Sweeter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremiah E. Sweeter of Halfmoon, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, John F. Sweeter Sr. and Mary Ellen Hennessey Sweeter of Halfmoon; his former spouse Stacey Rourke Sweeter; his daughters, Molly of Clifton Park and Elizabeth of Clifton Park; his siblings, John F. Sweeter Jr. (Mary Lou) of Waxhaw, NC, Mara Sweeter of Clifton Park and Shanna Dodge of Cohoes; and his close friend Antonietta Garofalo DiClemente. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
