He was predeceased by: his parents, John Markowski and Caroline Markowski; and his brother John Markowski Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Markowski; and his children, Frank Markowski Jr., Michelle Markowski, Tina Sawyer, Mary-Jo Carlo, Carl Bauer Jr. and Lisa Jean Bauer. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
