It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darcy A. Bulmer of Halfmoon, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on February 28, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Bulmer Jr. and Christa Noble Mayo; and her brother Thomas Bulmer. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Fox (Derek) and Katie Breen; the father of her children George F. Breen, III; her daughter Ciara Redcross; the father of her child Arthur Redcross; her siblings, Paula Bulmer, Terry M. O'Brien (Donald), John H. Bulmer, III and Andrew Bulmer (Moira); and her grandsons, Caelen and Harrison Fox. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
