She was predeceased by: her husband Norman T. "Norm" Burak; and her siblings, Martin Slagel and Marion Skowron. She is survived by: her grandchildren, John Craig Burak (Taylor), Nathanial Burak (Leah) and Madeleine Festin; and her friend Regina Chambers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation in honor of her loving husband, Norm.
