He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Whitaker and Ruth Whitaker. He is survived by: his wife Terri Whitaker; his children, Scott Whitaker (Saddie), Casey Whitaker (Tom Prestes) and Carrie Campbell; his grandchildren, Robert Michael and Chancellor Campbell; and his brothers, Robert (Jacky Whitaker) and Richard (Jo Ann Whitaker). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
