She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Boclair and Roseanna Boclair (LaPierre); and her siblings, Ernest, Joseph, Lionel, Albert, Eugene Boclair, Rosalie Bowman, Leah Sibley, Angeline Sibley and Alberta Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Jody F. Kelsey (Darren G. Favacho) of New Rochelle, Jacquelyn K. (Timothy Reardon) of Watertown, Sandra J. (Durwood "Corky" Bates) of Gouverneur and Alan E. Kelsey. She is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Donations made in memory of June may be made to Gouverneur VFW Auxiliary.
