He is survived by: his spouse Mynema Geer; his children, John S. Geer and Lila Geer York; his children-in-law, Jennifer Geer and Michael Alexander; and his grandchildren, Roderick Geer, Elizabeth Alexander, Christopher Alexander and Matthew Alexander. He is also survived by his three children.
