He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Barnwell and Helen Barnwell (Roemer). He is survived by: his wife Carol Barnwell (Ross); his sons, Michael Barnwell of Nashville and Scott Barnwell (Naomi) of Saratoga Springs; his grandchildren, Jody Smith (Joshua), Cory Barnwell, Joshua Barnwell (Shlee) and Bethany Grimes (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Zaiden, Annie Grimes, Ezra, Aurora, Asa Barnwell, Margaret and Henry Smith.
