With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Carpenter Hatfield of Hague, New York, who passed away on December 2, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Toby; his siblings, Robert, Mary Frances and Sanford (Sam); and his pets, Samantha and Ruby.
He is survived by: his wife Chattie Bennett Van Wert; his sons, Kent (Norma), Brian (Kate) and Bruce; his granddaughter Emily Hatfield; his great grandchildren, Everly and Abel; his stepsons, Ben (Hannah) and Gerrit Van Wert (Olivia); his stepgrandchildren, Everett and Madison; and his pet Sasha.
